前段时间稀里糊涂地过完了寒假，又开始正常上班了，上班没几天，有一个哈佛中国人的聚会，大概是他们学生会组织的，大家到主食堂聚餐，行，这家伙够热闹的，对面坐了俩北京人，纯北京人，那北京话说的，叫一个纯正，不比刘飞他们差，聊了一会，还算尽兴，一会又过来一山东mm，这mm高门大嗓，说话真冲，还给我们讲起了她小时候，那叫一个穷字，后来爸妈偶然有了个来出国的机会，全家才慢慢迁到米国，感叹了半天人生如梦。一会又来了个她同学，四川mm，小个子，胖嘟嘟，说话南方口音，听说我是老师，还尊敬有加的寒暄了半天，我开了俩玩笑才算大家都不拘谨了，再说了，看哪我也不像个老师，大家热热闹闹的一边吃饭一边聊天，临走顺了5块核桃酥~~~~~~

前几天学生评估发下来了，也算是对上个学期的工作总结，我的分数还算可以，够上了哈佛优秀教师评选的标准，超过4.5，另外学生也写了不少主观意见，有让人看着心里舒服的，也有提意见的，有则改之，无则加勉呗，好话有几个，算是对上学期工作的一种肯定吧：

1、Luo Lao Shi is thoroughly dedicated to students' learning and was readily available, even without notice, to answer questions and go over homework. I most enjoyed drills when he infused his personality and humor into his teaching. When he did so, the class was quite amusing and a pleasure to attend. Doing drills can get dull over time, so it is especially challenging for the teacher to generate enthusiasm. Luo Lao Shi was able to do so quite effectively when he instilled his humor into the class. He also came up with many examples for using new sentence patterns/idioms and corrected us on the spot, which was all very helpful in trying to master the material.

2、Luo Laoshi is really cool and has a sense of humor, both helpful qualities in a section leader. He did a great job of drilling us on tough new sentence patterns and expressions.

3、wonderful section leader. i wish he could come back again next year!

4、Luo Laoshi is very involved with the class. He relates very well to the students, poses relevant examples, and makes section very enjoyable. He makes me laugh out loud every day with his jokes, and he is very helpful with homework. I can tell that Luo Laoshi really cares about the class.

5、Very, very, very humorous. Prime example: Beijing accent. Teaching is very clear, and the material is taught in a lively fashion.

6、Luo Laoshi went the extra mile. He arranged extra times to help me with my essay and always responded to my emails in a timely manner. He also has a great sense of humor.

7、He is humorous and very funny. This makes class more fun and enjoyable, and helps students learn more.

8、humorous, engaging, and helpful to learning process. a great choice as teaching assistant.

9、Luo laoshi is especially talented at encouraging discussion in class. He manages to make dry topics interesting.

10、Mr. Luo is a very pleasant and fun section leader. I looked forward to all of his sections and he puts a great effort in creating understanding.

11、Professor Luo engages the class and his method of going over new vocabulary in class with examples is very effective.

意见也有几个：

1、I feel that Luo Laoshi often rushes some material, thus making some material unclear. Other than this, his teaching is effective and fun.

2、Is extremely knowledgeable about Chinese. Very funny in section. Instills enjoyment for the subject. Could sometimes be a bit more professional, though this does not get in the way of his teaching. Excellent overall.

3、Luo laoshi is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, well-prepared and a great overall section leader. I think the only think he can work on is his confidence; his students respect him more than he thinks and he should not hesitate to call on them or force them to participate.

4、His heavy Beijing accent makes it difficult to understand him sometimes.

个人觉得学生们还是比较客气，意见提的不多，大概就是这几类意见，以后注意改进。

今天去打乒乓球，有几个高手，也就几个菜鸟，有两个人打的不错，就跟他们攀谈了几句，看他们是黄皮肤、黑眼睛的，我就顺口问了一句：“So you are Chinese?”

两人同时答道：“No, we are from Taiwan.”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
